CABIN RENTAL AGREEMENT

I. BOOKING OUR PROPERTY, Read everything before entering your Credit Card!!!

1. RESERVATION PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS – A VALID CREDIT CARD MUST BE USED FOR INITIAL PAYMENT: One night non-refundable at time of booking, Balance at Check-in

2. SECURITY – The primary credit card or any other type of credit card provided for payment may be used as form of security by Agent for any guest fines, fees, or additional services due to guest neglect, misuse, or damage.

3. OCCUPANCY – Guest(s) understands that Agent will only accept reservations from responsible adults 25 years of age or above. (Some exceptions, when booked over the phone with owner)

b. CHECK-IN TIME is 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM – No after hour check ins. Owner will use every resource available to have the Property ready for Guest occupancy at noted check-in time, however, Agent cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to possible interruptions. No concessions, rate reductions, or refunds will be made for postponed occupancy due to conflicts out of owner’s control.

c. CHECK-OUT TIME is by 11:00 AM – Checkout is strictly enforced so that the Agent has adequate time to prepare the rental property for the next scheduled guest.

d. Early arrival or late checkout may be available for an additional fee and must be pre-arranged. This option is not guaranteed.

f. Guest agrees that the premises shall be occupied by no more than the number of people paid for and stated herein. Occupancy is limited to registered guests only. Absolutely no overnight guests are allowed. Occupancy by more than the stated number of guests will result in the termination of the rental and the forfeiture of all rental fees and deposits.

AVAILABLITY – If a property becomes unavailable prior to occupancy due to circumstances outside of Agents control or prior knowledge due to: Major mechanical failure, or loss of utility (Electricity, Gas, Water) before offering a refund, Agent reserves the right to relocate Guest(s) to a different rental property, reschedule, or issue a credit for future use. If there are no comparable options the Guest(s) will be given a full refund without penalties. Agent shall have the sole right to select such replacement rental property for bookings. Guest(s) will be refunded any difference in cost or responsible for any additional costs above collected balance.
b. Any credit issued will be for the original amount collected.

INCLEMENT WEATHER – It is the Guest(s) responsibility to monitor the weather and road conditions prior to arrival. Guest may contact the office to inquire about conditions understanding that Agent cannot predict the weather or road conditions throughout the region. Road conditions can change quickly and/or remain impassible for extended periods of time.

a. If guest becomes hold over the full nightly rate will be charged for each additional night.
b. Rain is not a reason to cancel, no refunds.
c. Guests arriving during this time and checking in understands they are proceeding at their own risk and should make the proper arrangements.
d. Guests who do not show, turn around, or depart early will be voluntarily forfeiting the reservation. (We will not have anyone risking their lives to honor the reservation we will be in touch if we feel it is unsafe to show up).

CABIN RULES

These rules may sound harsh, but some people don’t get it, and leave their common sense at home. We really want you to just have a wonderful peaceful relaxing visit, but nevertheless we have to spell it out. Thanks for understanding.

You are on our property at your own risk, Creekwood Liability Waver will be signed at check-in. Rules for cabins are normal common sense, no parties or load music to disturb your neighbors. You break it you bought it, you stain it you bought it, and we highly recommend you bring extra towels of your own. Any sheets or towels lost or ruined your Credit card will be charged. Excessive mess you will be charged. Smoking in cabin is against GA Law and our policies you will be charged $500 if you break this law. Ash trays are on the outside deck. Do not Litter or leave trash outside that can blow off the deck and attract Bears. Do not throw any food off balcony; it attracts all kinds of animals. Below is information about bringing dogs, if none then skip it:

We do not have fleas in our cabins, DO NOT BRING DOGS WITH FLEA’S – $500 fine.

Dog’s age and breed will determine if allowed, 2 dogs max per cabin. NOT IN HEAT, MUST BE FIXED. Records of shots. No puppies allowed. Must be house broken, you will pay for any extra cleaning or damage that may happen. Dogs are not allowed on beds or on furniture. (Bring your own bedding if you plan on having your dog’s sleep with you) Dogs to be crated when left alone in the cabin (we can loan you one). Pick up after your dog outside the cabin, NO CATS are ever allowed.

If you are allergic to Dogs/dander we have one cabin we do not allow dogs in, it is the Two Giraffe Inn cabin.

We provide the gas for the grill on the deck, if you run out we will replace it during office hours of 10 am to 8 pm.

We provide dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, one small bar of soap for the shower, one roll of paper towels and trash bags. Kitchen is fully equipped, one Mr. Coffee/filters and a Keurig machine with 2 pods and 4 creamers provided; its best to bring your own favorites.

If something does break during your stay advise us ASAP, emergency’s only after hours.
