4 The Birds Cabin

Everyone loves this little cabin with its two rocking chairs on the screened porch. If you want to camp in comfort but don’t have a camper this is for you, it is small but very cozy. The cabin has a Full size bed in the living area with a new memory foam mattress, which is very comfortable.

The small cabin also has a Full Bathroom with a stand up shower and handicapped toilet with safety bars, Air Conditioning unit, Heat, and an electric fireplace for the colder months. There is a small efficiency kitchen with a Two-burner Stove, Refrigerator, Sink, all dishes, pots & pans, a coffee maker, microwave and a toaster is provided (please bring extra towels).

Please Note: We are an Adult Only, Age 21+ Resort (sorry, no children allowed) which allows our clients the satisfaction of having a quiet and comfortable camping experience. No one under 21 is allowed at our resort.

* Deposit Required: All RV site reservations require a 50% Non-refundable deposit. (Balance prefered in cash or check)

Note: Cell coverage is spotty here in the foothills but Verizon works the best. We just upgraded our Wi-Fi but we do not guarantee the service (it works much better, but our provider is still Windstream, so outages are out of our control). Windstream discontinued cable service, so we installed 15 TV channels thru Satellite now at every site and all cabins. At the RV site you will need a coax cable to connect.

Rate Information:

7 Nights a Week (same low price) - $122 per night (+15% tax) = $140.00 for 1-2 Adults only! 3 Night Minimum Stay for this cabin.

Non-Refundable Deposit: All Cabins require a one night non-refundable deposit to be charged on a credit card (Visa, MC or Debit card).

Extra Charges: Cleaning Fees & Pet Fees are paid by cash and not taxed, they start at $50.00 and go up depending on the length of stay and if you have dogs (which are the only pets we allow). We do not allow puppys and we do have breed restrictions. Please contact us for details. Payment is collected at check-in. 

We have breed restrictions so the Breed must be cleared first before booking, our insurance is very strict. Extra Charges for dogs, which are the only pets or animals we allow in our cabins: (no puppies, no cats or kittens) The fee starts at $20 and goes up depending on the breed and length of stay. This fee is per stay not per night, it is not taxed and must be paid by cash at check-in.
